Berries & Apricots with Granola and Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 125 g of fresh Aussie berries
  • 125 g of chopped dried apricot
  • 2 cups vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup granola or muesli

Instructions

  1. Build layers in a serving glass, starting by covering the base with granola, then spooning on yoghurt and fresh fruit. Repeat this process until there are four layers. 
  2. Top with Fresh Aussie raspberries and blackberries and serve.
