  • 100 g frozen acai pulp (see note)
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 mango sliced
  • 4 tbsp granola
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds


  1. Place acai pulp, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, apple juice and half the avocado in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Top with remaining avocado, fresh blueberries and mango. Sprinkle with granola and hemp seeds to serve.


Frozen acai pulp is made from small, purple berries that grow on palm trees native to South America. It is available in the freezer section of major supermarkets.
