Preheat oven to 180°C and line a medium pan with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and flour, season with salt and pepper. Place kale and raisins in the bottom of the pan and top with mozzarella slices.
Pour egg mixture round and place in oven - bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm to touch.
